On Saturday May 20, 2023 I went into the Academy branch at 1650 Space Center Dr at 11:40am. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and a young lady called me up. She was not wearing a name tag so I don’t know her name (pretty sure it’s policy to wear name tags). I told her I wanted to exchange/order foreign currency for a trip coming up. She says they don’t do that. I had checked the website beforehand and it says “Visit your local branch to exchange foreign currency.” I explained to her what the website said and she said they don’t do that. She instructed me to go to Wells Fargo. So either she was lying to me or the website is lying. I’d like to know the truth.
