Taco Bell

I went to this Taco Bell on Monday 11/04/19 at around 10:30 pm. I got my food and drink and went home. I drank most of my soda and saw what looked like a large block of ice. I took my straw to stab it and break it up and realized it wasn't ice. It was a plastic bag, maybe a prep bag, maybe a hair net, I don't know, I was incredibly grossed out ESPECIALLY since I drank most of it. I threw the rest of my food out because I was terrified of what other nastiness I may find. I tried calling the next day to file a complaint but couldn't get a hold of anyone because the department was closed (at 4pm). I won't be going to Taco Bell anytime soon and never again at this location. I would like compensation for this, it's unacceptable and I threw the rest of my food out so I wasted my money and went to bed hungry.
