Rudi at VonsYucaipa Blv Yucaipa CA She is such bad asset she never greeted nor talked to me the entire transaction I was a ghost and rough her attitude does not put a good image of Vons I was shook up that not even Hi or come back I had a 20 bottle box of beer and a huge bag of bird seed I had a bad shoulder I am 75 and no help was offered not even from the bagger It was an old man in front of me and she did the same so much for Vons... also the reduced prices most time are not deducted from the total purchase Many many errors and I had gone back to claim if the cashier doesn't run the scanner thru the reg price and the half off stacked it won't take the lesser price... Missing 6 items of 21 purchased with 1 out of stock. Charged full amount less out of stock. Called [protected] at 0848hrs been on hold for 2 hrs 39 minutes as I write this. I went online to research orders and the server is conveniently down. The store refuses to discuss this with me. I believe this is considered theft by most accounts and Vons customer service hotline is worse than most 3rd world call centers. Maybe its a way to make up for in store shrinkage loss.
