On may 20 2020, when the pandemic first started I went to Stayton Optical in Yuba city to pick up my order when I did she refused to adjust them to my face and I overlooked it due to the safe distance and barely got a smile yet alone being treated with respect. I soon was picking them up off the floor because Everytime I put my face Down they would literally fall off my face. I went to a local optical place and was told they didn't feel confident to adjust them since they would be responsible if broke them. I understood. I finally went to a small shop in Chico, California who so kindly helped me. I was so grateful. At that time he informed me that they were made wrong that the coating was peeling off that it had bubbles and was effecting my vision. I thanked him very much and made appt with your place and was very dissatisfied with everything. The people, the service, the attitude and will never return to this place. The rude lady had 4 people ahead of me yet she said what do you want and when I explained she couldn't wait to tell me it was my fault, I must of got hair spray on my lenses and doesn't really matter because I was 20 days from the warranty no longer covered it. I tried to explain that it was not the date that it wasn't my fault. She acted as if she was waiting to deny me. I would of understood and accept it had I not been treated like I was trying to scam her,. I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old and I and 54 and never had this problem with the glasses or the service. Not a professional manner nor a place I would recommend or to return to. Glasses were junk and so we're the people behind the counter. What a joke
