Our family tradition for 15 years has been to have cinnabon rolls on christmas morning. On christmas eve since the west covina mall in california no longer has a cinnabon store, he went to the cinnabon kiosk int the west covina mall. There was no line and there were 2 young ladies sitting in the kiosk just sitting and talking to each other. He asked to buy a 6 pack of rolls. Both of the ladies began giving off a lot of attitude. One stated no 6 packs were available. In plain sight was a stack of empty 6 pack size containers. They refused to make a 6 pack and then started giving what he referred to as very "snotty" behavior. Consequently, he bought a 4 pack and left.
The next morning {christmas} the rolls were so dry and hard we couldn't even eat them.
We tried a few seconds in the microwave - didn't help.
Tried pulling them a little bit apart-didn't help.
Even when I tried to cut the individual layers into bite sizes with a steak knife I couldn't even cut through the dough!
Next christmas I will try to search out a brick and morter location, hopefully we will have a better christmas morning.
Thank you for your time.
Claimed loss: price of one 4 pack.
Desired outcome: Better attitude in your employees?
