Universal Studios - unable to ride the rides and utter caoa and disorganization

I paid $228.00 to go on one ride. We waited in line for 2 hours for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and then were told we didn't meet enough safety clicks to ride.

Same thin happened with The Revenge of the Mummy.

We would please like our money back. It was a horrific experience.
