DrChrono - drchrono ehr
False advertisement, False promises. Setup of EHR takes months and till then you pay them the subscription fee. They record everything you say, but makes false promises of giving you extra for no cost on non recorded line and then charge after you sign a contract with them. Beware, this is not a fair company to deal with. Their product too is worthless. You can create a better EHR on your MS database than this.

Hi,
We appreciate your feedback. Our sales representative first demonstrated DrChrono EHR to you on August 15, 2018. During this time, DrChrono did not offer a 1-month free promotion. We offer different promotions throughout the year and you need to meet the terms and conditions in order to qualify. Please note, you signed an agreement on November 2018 for the Prometheus plan which did not qualify for any promotional offers as your minimum monthly fee did not meet our terms and agreements. All offers, terms, and agreements regarding your subscription have been laid out in the written contract sent you for your review and signature. We provided the full contract and contract terms in written format to you before signing and have sent copies to you after. On November 13, 2018, you attended your first meeting with your implementation specialist and scheduled a subsequent training on November 20, 2018, in which there was no attendance by anyone from your practice.
Our team has not been able to get in contact with you despite repeated emails and phone calls. We would be happy to assist with any additional training that you would like on your account. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
