Travel Transparency

Strike has affected my income need to cancel. Has anyone been able to cancel the membership if so what steps did you take? The strike has affected me having income and was told sorry you still have to pay but now that I did some research lots bad feed back ppl have gotten scammed from what I'm read false advertising. I have not even used and I'm out 1000$ in payment so far.
