Employee agreed to my refund request from vending machine then only provide for 1 item and it was not correct amount then become belligerent and very aggressive verbally for no reason at all as he stated I was a Niger and crack head. I was highly embarrassed, by his derogatory responres to me an I'm a silver sneakers member through Humana insurance so I lost my control of mental health and stuck him in the face with my cold coffe. Then as follows, he verbally threatenins me again Making his towards me with intentions to have a physical altercation with me. Because of my disability of mental health I ran for my life till he caught up to me and tackling me to the ground and Striking me in the face back and chest multiple times with a closed fist then I believe a few kicks/stomping me while on the ground as his co-workers watched it all and did nothing to stop him
