Gold Coast Collision - damaged my car during their auto body repair!

We took our car in for auto body repair. While Gold Coast Collision (Victor Ramirez and Sandy Salazar) had our car they damaged the right side of the car in six places while the work to be done was on left side of car. They also chipped the trunk lid all the way down to raw steel! I noticed these and pointed them out when we were still at their lot for pick up. They apologized and said they had sent our car off-site (without our knowledge or permission) to their other body shop across town where it was for the past week. The promised they would fix it. their damages We returned three days later when they said by phone it was ready. It was not touched. Furthermore they denied doing any of the damage! Victor Ramirez demanded in a threatening tone and volume we take our car and leave. We are suing for damages. If anyone lives on the central coast DO NOT use GOLD COAST COLLISION!

Wow, the amount of messages I'm getting from others that Gold Coast Collision screwed over is ridiculous. From creating damage on a vehicle like ours to wrong paint to paint bubbling and peeling the list goes on and on. I think the worst was a customer who found out they use fake aftermarket parts and bill for OEM parts!

Recently, I have been getting A LOT of emails from other abused customers.
I just wanted to share what I told them. They need to put it out there whether it's a board post (like here) or a Facebook or other social media outlets. Otherwise they will continue to take good folks monies and deliver horrible service, even damaging your vehicle!
Enough said.
The bottom line is we do have the power. The power to either make someone honor the agreement the entered or go elsewhere AND tell others to do the same.
