Jack In The Box - Food

I went through the drive thru and ordered bacon when I got the bacon it was cold. When I returned the bacon. Sandra said “We cook bacon in the morning what do you expect it to be” I reminded Sandra that they serve breakfast all day and I didn’t think it was ok to serve cold food to anyone. She takes the bag out of my hand and starts talking to others in Spanish about me. If you’re speaking to me in English I don’t think it’s ok to speak about me to others in another language. ask for my money back and the cashier hands me a dollar and doesn’t say anything to me. Sandra was very rude from the beginning of me ordering.

Jack In The Box - 4705 university 9/14/22 about 12:20am manager

At your location 4705 University 9/14/22 about 12:20am, the manager refused to give me an order because I didn't speak to her at the box. I am on a scooter and the box doesn't pick me up. She wanted me to wait for someone else to pull in to talk to them. Every other time I just roll up to window which is more convenient to me, she said it was because I was holding up the line then had her boyfriend who was hanging around the store threaten and curse at me. I am very upset with this, I am not sure what she has against me but I find this to be extremely discriminatory as nothing she said would actually make it faster for anyone, especially me! And I am extremely insulted by her boyfriend, why is he lingering around the store threatening people. I am now scared to deliver food from this location, what if that guy followed me or actually comes through with his vulgar threats. If this issue is not addressed I will be forced to escalate it, I frequent this restaurant for door dash and it would hurt me financially to eliminate it from somewhere to pickup, since BBB does not deal with discrimination cases they advise speaking with attorney general.

Desired outcome: an apology from the manager and her boyfriend to not be outside the store anymore, so i can feel safe picking up orders at this location.
