2) My credit card was charged immediately

3) Made several phone calls with nobody manning the phones.
4) Wrote several e-mails only to receive generic responses saying the same thing over and over again.
5) I have read complaints from people you are complaining about the same thing only getting a generic answer from some guy name Jerome using a form type answer. This Jerome keeps telling people he can't get in touch with them because they don't leave any info to get in touch with them.
