Logan's Roadhouse

Hello I was a current employee of Logans in California. I want to file a complaint for harassment & discrimination. I was mistreated by management in more ways then one. They played with my schedule on purpose. They played favoritism with certain employees. I only got one chance to advance with my company. The restaurant is very dirty. Down to the floors, counters, dishes etc. The food they serve as well is very nasty. Sometimes it's expired or dropped on the floor still being served. They are serving people that are underage to have alcohol beverages which has been done more than once. I was never included in group chats or the reopening group chat because of COVID. The managers are very rude & disrespectful people. I feel discriminated against due to the treatment I get. I'm treated differently than others. A couple reasons why is because when i request a day off 2 weeks in advance it is denied without reason unlike anyone else. My hours are being cut & given to others without reason. I am given extra work due to being disliked & I am finally at my breaking point. If possible I would love for someone to reach out to me. Thank you ( Monae crumbly [protected])
