I took my 2000 Winnebago Brave in for repairs in June of 2023 an d did not get it back until November. This caused me to miss the whole entire Summer of camping. the reason it was in the shop was because the slider kept sticking, and the heater was not working. it took Camping world this long to tell me they could not fix the slider and... that the heater wasn't working because there was LP gas in the tank, and get this they charged me $500 for my pleasure. Then when the returned the RV it had rotten food in the fridge that had been there since it was brought in. The service Manager John Told me that I should have seen the sign that said "do not leave food in the refrigerator" which was located over the service Dept. Counter. which would have been fine but I brought the rig in during the night when the service department was closed utilizing their handy dandy after hours drop off, so I could not have seen this sign at all nor was I told when I called the same day as drop off that I needed to clean out the fridge. cut to 6 months later at pick up the odor of the RV was horrendous. I demanded to have someone clean out the fridge before I would accept my rig. I just wanted to get away from Camping World Roseville as fast as I could before my outrage took me over the line, My wife was not having any of it and demanded them to clean it out which they did. Needless to say I will never ever never ever use Camping world for anything whatsoever. I called the CEO and have never gotten a call back not that expected to.
