I had a grooming appointment for my dog set with specifications…short haircut, nail trim, flea bath. Told she is almost 13 and has a couple of moles. Dental care in progress & seen by vet 3/27/22. Chloee gets groomed every 6 months but I received a call from the groomer “Gabby” stating because she’s over 10 years old that I needed Chloee to be seen by the Vet first. She said Chloee is OLD & would best benefit from a MOBILE GROOMER! Gabby would not listen to me! Chloee is groomed every 6 month & never had issues! She refused until I take her to a vet first! Appointment canceled. Appointment set with Petsmart…I will NOT go back to PetCo!
Desired outcome: An apology would be nice!! I was treated unfairly
