Hyundai of Merced hired us a year ago to fly an advertising Banner over their area of business. They have never paid us the fees for advertising for them. The worst part is we have tried to work with them and have offered arrangements with them to clear up this matter. They constantly LIE telling us the check is in the mail or the payment has been approved and they need to get it signed. The check never comes. We are a very small company and went out of our way to fly for them. DO BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We are concerned about their business practices. There is no conscience for both of these car dealerships! Jim Estes is the owner of both Sanger Ford and this dealership!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
