I have a couch and desk chair. Within a year and half one of the seats in the couch had something inside ripple up. Clearly a defect in the seat. They denied the claim saying it's wear and tear of foam. This isn't wear and use age issues. Something inside is defective. Then I have an office chair which the screws on the wheel bent when sitting and reclining on it. It's a reclining chair. They refused to replace the wheels or screws claiming they don't cover it. I've had both pieces for a year and half. Jeromes refuses to fix and now the insurance company won't even replace a wheel.
