24 Hour Fitness - Complaint

I have worked with 24hour fitness for over 3 years. And I have always enjoyed working with 24hour fitness. That is until the new General Manager Clayton Hove, of petaluma came into play.

He has consistently berarated me, belittled me, verbally abused me and called me names.

I have always done my job to the best of my ability and even stepped in to help when he was not there nor returned or answered any calls or texts back.

The members and team members always came to me with problems because this guy is never around. or is very rude. He is always shut up in his office, takes 2-3 hour lunches, and the only time he does come out of the office is to chew me out.

He has told me im a liar, I dont do my job, im causing problems, I have to ASK for permission from him to do anything. and that Im not good enough.

I have never ever worked any where with such disrespect. in May I alone brought petaluma in almost 5000 dollars made almost 800 calls, had to call a different club to get supplies because he didnt put in an order, I have had to apologize to many members for the way he has spoke with them, or refused to speak with them regarding issues.

I have NOT only done my job, but also done his job where he has failed.

To be told that I dont do my job, that im causing problems, and that HE NEEDS ME TO DO MORE is not okay when I have always done everything asked of and more.

something needs to be done, because I cannot and will not be spoke to or treated like im garbage. like I dont matter and that my hardwork and dedication to this company goes un noticed, un appreciated and disrespected.

I will be filing a suit. because this was and is unacceptable behavior and very emotionally abusive on his part.

I cannot stand by and allow any other persons be so prone to his behavior and actions. I apologize but in a company where I thought I could excell in, he has made it so no body can excell, and instead gives them emotional trauma, stress and low self esteem.

Desired outcome: financial. a public apology, and My Job back with better pay and positions. and that man removed from 24hour fitness.
