Horrible horrible horrible - rude, not helpful, make time slots of delivery without you knowing and don't fulfill the slots at all. I was told I had a delivery window from 8am - 12pm and no one ever came. Wasting my day and then to tell me on the phone after waiting an hour to talk someone that the delivery driver didn't get my package in time to make the time window. Who does that and think it is ok. I have to deal with this awful company that need to be shut down, every month because they are the choice shippers for some odd reason. Hopefully enough people complain enough they will go with someone else. I have actually had everything from lost packages to damaged good from gls. They don't know how to communicate even though there is a option on their site for text notifications and email. Ya. It doesn't work. Shut them down at least the ontario, ca one.
