SneakerHead.com - horrible customer services and no delivery

I ordered Nike shoes from the company www.sneakerhead.com. I placed the order in advance, because it should be a gift for my husband’s birthday. I paid about $100 for the order and postage, but these scammers never sent it to me. I called to their customer services, but they were useless. The agent couldn’t find my order and only wasted my money and time. Not recommended seller. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with them.
