Wingstop

On Saturday Feb 29, 2020 at approxm 4:15p.m. I visted the Wingstop in Menifee Ca store #1034. We the young man Briceon came to the front I noticed that there was a chicken leg laying on the table next to the fryer I asked him that before he took my order if he coould please remove that chicken and place it in the trash due to it being unsanitary and unsafe for anyone to eat. He said yes I will an I'll be right back to take your order. He proceeded to go to the back but in the mean time a female named Dulce came up to the fryer to place more chicken in the fryer doing so she picked up the piece that had been laying there and placed it in the fryer with the rest of the chicken. Shortly after Briceon returned to the front to take my order when I asked him why he didn't throw that piece out he just gave me a blank stair. I mentioned to him that Dulce hI aad placed that piece in with the others. I asked him if he could give me her name and said that he wasn't allowed to I asked him to please have her come up front it took several minutes before she retuned to the front in fact they were both in the back for several minutes. When I confronted her about what she had done once again I got a blank stair. I would think that wingstop would train there employees on proper food handling and have them take a food handling course. Neither one of them wore gloves and they both handled raw chicken placing it in the fryer. I'm not sure if these are really there names but these are the names that they gave me. Needless to say that I didn't place and order and won't be going back to that wingstop again
