Yesterday (12/07/23), we departed from the Manteca resort at 4 pm. Every individual, including my one-year-old child, experienced severe illness, characterized by vomiting and severe diarrhea, necessitating a visit to the hospital before returning home. The kids got diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis. It is noteworthy that on our previous visit to the resort, which took place approximately two years ago, both my kid and a friend of mine contracted the Covid-19 virus. Initially, I failed to connect these occurrences. Still, I am now inclined to suspect that either the rooms are not being cleaned according to their established criteria or the water in the water park may be tainted. We frequently engage in extensive domestic and international travel, and we rarely get any illnesses. Therefore, I am convinced that it is not a mere chance occurrence that all individuals fell ill upon their second visit to your resort.
Claimed loss: Any activities that we paid for to do!! We visited the water park on the same day of arrival and two hours later my child got sick.
Desired outcome: Partial refund! We purchased the gold passes and did not get enjoyed any of it. Also we purchased 3 wands with the actual game. We initially we extended for extra night but we left that day.
