Was on Autopay that was cancelled. I called and got handed off 3 Times, all to no results or real interest to resolve. Sent Text and received a response I have all this in writing. First I was told I logged into the portal and cancelled the auto pay feature. That is a Lie. Then I was told that the autopay expired. Not on my end whether that is a CARD EXPIRATION I am not Sure, that is how it was sent to me in the TEXT, that the Auto Pay Expired. So I received a call on my work phone. Mind you this bill was due Oct 20th 2023 and has been on auto Pay with out any disruption for 6 Months. Today is Nov 2nd 2023. Received a bill today that has a paper bill fee of $5.00 and a Late Fee of $4.99. I refused to re-establish auto pay. First I asked has you system been hacked? After the 3rd Time I asked this I finally got a response, sounds like when you call you are talking to someone in India and when I text it seems that English is not their first Language. So I do not expect any thing more than the run around and wasted time I received from Brinks and in this complaint, but I will never recommend an incompetent company like Brinks Home Security to protect a doll House. Terrible Customer Service and everyone hates Liars. Thanks for nothing but Accusations and harassing me, I will be sure to share your Outcome on SOCIAL MEDIA and with every one I know including the awful service in writing (TEXT) I received from your company. I was told that when I asked for a supervisor that they could not resolve the billing issue before even talking (Texting) to a so called supervisor. I asked who is in charge, Remember I have this in Writing. What a JOKE. If I could send this in Crayon upside down and backwards let me know where I can send it.

Desired outcome: Step up and Own YOUR MISTAKE. REFUND THE $5.00 PAPER FEE I NEVER Signed Up For and You Ridiculous $4.99 FEE or I will SEEK TERMINATION
