Church's Chicken

While visiting la, I got a craving for the new item, smoke house chicken, you guys have and found a location near my hotel room. I usually don't eat chicken often but have tried this item twice before in stl and it was amazing. I'm so disappointed that I spent nearly $20 on old under cooked chicken (the smokehouse item. The biscuits were rock hard and crunchy, and the smokehouse chicken was chewy, runny, pink in some spots and nearly black in other parts of the meat! I called to inform the store and the found just each time.

I didn't feel like going back down there to return the food since it wasn't edible. This was the worst experience i've had. I'd like a refund. I'm currently sitting in my hotel room with less money and a even greater hunger than I did before visiting the above location! On the bright side i'm going to completely stay away from chicken thanks to that location!
