On May 26 2023 I was in your store. I asked for help with a Honda brake rotor removal tool. The girl (long braid/glasses) that worked there acted like she knew what I was talking about, but clearly did not. She said “no we don’t have that here”. It was very clear by her demeanor that she didn’t want to be bothered to actually figure out what I was talking about or look for it. I said “ok”, went to the tool section and found it within 30 seconds of talking with her. I have lived right next to this store for 13 years and the service just gets worse and worse. I have consistently had these kinds of interactions with your staff there. It seems like there is a culture of lazy, disrespectful teenagers that run your shop. There have been some helpful kids at times and that’s refreshing, but they are few and far between! I don’t know what expectation is being communicated? Many times I go in, there is gangster rap playing in the store and four or five employees acting unprofessional as customers are trying to get help. Having one “PROFESSIONAL” manager on shift (who maybe knows something about cars) would be nice? Sorry for the rant, but it’s built up after many frustrating encounters there. Thx
