Shaw Communications

I found the company Shaw City Engines on eBay. I ordered engine from this store and the details of the delivery were wrong. I emailed the seller and he said that he wanted to get money for shipping, but he hasn’t mentioned about it before. He wanted to get $500 for shipping. I wired the necessary sum and waited again. I got the engine, which was completely destroyed and I couldn’t use it. I highly advise not to do business with this seller.
