Home Depot - samsung washer

I requested a service on my new Samsung washer because of the overwhelming vibration of the legs of the washer and the washer pan. Samsung serviceman came out and he said it was the installation of the washer was not set correctly on the washer pan hence causing the pan to vibrate and that it was HomeDepot responsibility to correct this problem
HomeDepot sent an outsource servicemen on July 24th, arriving at 12:30pm: Javier & Rogelio. First thing the men said that it was too much work to take it out and reset it because there wasn't enough room to move it and that the hose is already connected. They also informed me that it was too much work to do this and that they had too many other customers to tend to for the day. Excuse me, but am I not a customer? They jolted both the washer and dryer which tore the dryer hose from the wall. So now when I run the dryer, lint and heat is filled everywhere. I suspect that this is going to cause a fire if not corrected. I asked them for their names which they refuse to give me. I asked them again as they left my home so I decided to take a picture of them to document that they were at my house with the Budget truck they came with including their license plate. They threaten me to call the police and I said go ahead call them. They never did but chased after me towards my house which I quickly closed the door fearing that harm will come to me. My daughter was with me to witness the whole saga and she had also spoke to them in Spanish to understand why they wouldn't correct the problem. I called the scheduling number 510-675-9150, Christina and she gave me the names of the servicemen. She re-scheduled another appointment with another team. I hope I don't have the same poor service.
I have been totally in fear of this whole situation fearing they may come back and do me harm. I also don't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through.
I would like HomeDepot know that the outsourcing of the service for their appliances is not acceptable.
What is my resolution to all this? If this is the kind of service HomeDepot is providing in the future, I would like to request a refund and take my business elsewhere. If they can send a reliable servicemen that can do the job right, then I would like to go for a second chance. I have an appointment set up for July 30th and I hope I don't have to fear this next team.

This complaint has nothing to do with the performance of the washer but complaint about Home Depot's delivery service. Both washer and dryer has worked well. Since my machines are stacked, a servicemen is needed to reset the position of the washer correctly on the pan.
Also, when I called about the problem I was on hold for 45 minutes total, but their phones are tagged every 15 minutes to answer calls. Finally, someone actually got to the route of the problem and re-scheduled my appointment.
