Walgreens - Pharmacy

Abuse and neglect at Walgreens:

Walgreens Pharmacies run a 30 day operation for schedule to medications which means, one may only come in on day 30. Just theoretically speaking, a pharmacy manager should know exactly who is going to be arriving on their day 30. But in June 5, 2 2022, interestingly enough, the entire county of Sacramento was, "Out," at least at Walgreens, of fentanyl patches. This is hardly believable but I think that the "secret checklist, being brought formally into policy at Walgreens on 1 June 2022 confused even the pharmacists at the pharmacies.

But on that day I found that my pharmacist was practicing medicine, where he says of my patches, for which there is no translation matrix to equal 90 mg of the oral morphine which anyone in medicine truly agrees upon, further 11 months & some days later, the issue still isn't resolved.

Out of the mouth of the pharmacist came when I asked about 9300 stores in two countries from which I'm apparently banned (customer, demoted from patient) from I don't actually know what, as the company thinks that it has sent some sort of correspondence to me informing me that I am a banned customer, I still have yet to see anything such as Cease and Desist letter... but I digress...

He said after the $55,500 fine, when people started tto lean on the guy to have civil conversation with me (this is a different culture from watch this Chinese person comes from. Culture can be studied, and I did, in a foreign country..

In far eastern countries there is a saying in culture called,"Power distance,"which means that the guy in charge, I was the title, guy with the money, the guy was the influence

Helps it is because I figured the whole thing out… I went to the California border pharmacy on the telephone, and made a complaint about the behavior of this pharmacist and the pharmacy department he manages. There are 40 million people in California they do not take every complaint for an investigation.

But on 24 June of 2022, after a phone call asking me one question,"are you angry with the law or the man?" My answer was the man. They then informed me py post on paper that they had in fact taken up my complaint for investigation.

Result: three violations of pharmacy law with three fines totaling $55,500.

About six weeks earlier I had began to suspect that Walgreens cheats with respect to its complaints. A call to 1 800 Walgree [sic] Will he directed straight to the store or person complained about. These stores or people can end a case without any action (CYA?)

It took me from June until the week of Christmas to discover. Other evidence which smacks of cheating, or at least prevaricating while standing on a line of hot coals with only 1 foot trying to make it across without using the other foot, to the end, is that I have yet to receive any correspondence via post from Walgreens. I expected approximately 8 months ago, until I found out about the cheating. So we're really now in the fourth month of the Second calendar year.

The board of pharmacy decision came down about the 10th of February, and now we are on 9 May. No correspondence whatsoever or contact made any difference prior to the week after Christmas or later, as they had a rough time staffing the place at the time and we're running Sunday hours throughout the week.

Now everybody's mad, as I am frustrated in being unable to resolve a problem which afects me at 9300 stores, pharmacies in 2 countries. Yes, my Father, in another city and state, and in his late 80s, was able to get to see the information in my profile at Walgreens, just by purporting to be my father and having the same last name, a very common last name

Desired outcome: We need to set the clock back to the situation which existed in October 2021.

Walgreens - Prescription discount card

Hi why do you have a card that does nothing? I tried to use it for my prescriptions and the pharmacist didn't do anything? Is this card just for show? Or what? Either have a discount card we can use for our prescriptions or don't have it at all. I drove 20 miles thinking I would have a discount and nothing was subtracted. So what's the point?

Desired outcome: use of my discount card or delete the card and tell everyone it doesn't discount anything
