Banfield Pet Hospital

This is my dogs 2nd ultrasound and her first one was done in may 2022 for $420 with no hospital fee and now bringing her in for 2nd ultrasound not only am I paying for specialist to come in for $400 I have to pay addition $120 to banfield as an administrating fee when they are not even doing the ultrasound! Absolutely ridiculous. No one even mentioned the price change. Ultrasounds have little to no prep and I have been a member with banfield for 20 plus years. And even if I wanted to change my mind knowing the price change today I would still get charged about $120 for canceling the day of. This is not fair to your customers. I should have been notified at the time the ultrasound was discussed I would have taken her in sooner if I knew the price was changing or may not need to do it at all. I request to have my account credited the $120 that I was wrongfully charged! No other procedure has ever charged me an additional fee, what the hell is the membership for if banfield keeps charging us fees!
