Americas Best Value Inn

Within an hour of checking in I found Astroglide lube, a can of baked beans and a nasty used bottle of lotion in the dresser. 2 of the dresser drawers were broken. Microwave is filthy as is fridge. Mud or something on bathroom floor. Cops woke me up pounding on another room cause there was underage teenagers having a party and drinking. Very unacceptable. Manager would only give a 50% refund since I had been in the room over 45 mins. I'm in town to work in Paradise checking for hazard trees from the fire. I have to be up at 4 am. Was trying to sleep when the cops started pounding on doors. Now its after midnight and I can't sleep. Hotel staff should be more diligent about their guests and their guest's guests.
