Fashionphile - Refuse to honor insured shipping or pay me what they quoted me

$15.5k they screwed me out of, just yesterday literally. They also blamed me for it.. I wish I had done my research first before trusting them.
I sent them a Birkin and. When shipped it was destined for Carlsbad, but for some reason it was signed and delivered to Beverly Hills which their claims department denied as if FedEx a Multi billion dollar enterprise is going to list that on their package tracking by mistake — [censored].
Anyway when it was "officially" received they said the package was empty and the accused me of pulling a scam. I videoed me packing and labeling the box right on the seam of the box flaps to ensure no tampering.
They refuse to take accountability or honor their insured shipping policy.
When you sign for a package you are responsible for it, when it arrives at a destination that was not on the itinerary obviously the account holder who covered the prepaid label re-routed the package. Then to have it brought to the official listed destination where it is then officially received only to say it was missing the item and thst it must have been the sender rather than the [censored]head who signed for it 50 plus miles from the initial delivery point is frigging ludicrous.
These people are pieces of [censored] and it anyone reading this understands my situation and knows a good lawyer so I can sue thee [censored], please drop me a line. I wasn't I the position to lose this money and only sold it to counterbalance the financial weight of the upcoming holidays. So essentially FASHIONPHILE in their obtuse position and strategic overlooking of the the obvious has resulted in my family getting the [censored] end of the stick this Christmas. We are barely hanging on and sadly that $15500 could have made a world of difference. I want to know why it went to Beverly Hills and why did FASHIONPHILE deny it.? I've filed formal complaints with the FTC, my States DOJ and am about to file with their headquartered state. In addition to that I've written complaints and reviews detailing my experience with the Better Business Bureau as well as a few other Scam Report review websites and issued a bounty of 20% of the $15550 they owe me - that amounts to over $3000 that'll go to whomever recovers it by influencing them to change their position and fork over what is mine. The recoverers influence must be verified and not involve any thing illegal. Once the government agencies decide what action they are to take against FASHIONPHILE, if they still have yet to make good on the money, I will proceed with litigation and I assured FASHIONPHILE that it will cost them a hell of a lot more than the $15500. I won't be paying any legal fees out of my pocket that's for sure and I'll be seeking damages as it has actually stunted my the financial direction my resale business in which earnings were contingent upon the replenishment of inventory through the money that was to come from my sell to FASHIONPHILE.
Oh and a nice bonus to my quest for justice is what is going to come from the ensuing investigation from the package carrier which will surely result in criminal charges against FASHIONPHILE for their "Return" label misuse that ultimately amounts to fraud by the carrier's viewpoint when I apprised them of what all transpired. It is interstate commerce which functions within the parameters of Federal law and given the veracity of the alleged (I cannot assert to be fact at the moment to avoid libelous) act of fraud, the penalty will be quite severe and will leave quite the black eye on the face of FASHIONPHILE.

Desired outcome: Payment or return of item
