My mom went in to not renew the policy and was only told to sign a paper which she was told the policy would cancel that exact day, my mom tried to explain how she wanted the insurance to be active until it expired but the representative did not even take the time to listen to her and just printed out the cancellation paper and told her to sign it. He was mad and did not stop to listen to his customer which was my mom. There are people who really don't understand much about insurance and in order for people to be helped and make sure they know what their signing there should be better customer service representatives that won't put their anger first before the customer. I'm not sure why he acted this way but my mom came back home unsatisfied and disturb by his attitude. I would appreciate if this matter gets solved and won't happen to anyone else.
