Fashion Nova

I was attempting to use the gift card that was given to me on May 28 and The discount field was not accepting the gift card number number and I contacted customer service to let them know and they gave me a very generic email that was of no help because they were asking for the order number but I didn’t have an order number because I couldn’t process the order with The gift card number I was given. I tried numerous times and sent numerous emails and then placed the order in error without the gift card number and so I tried to cancel the order within seconds of placing it and was told they could not do it and that I would get another gift card once the items I ordered were returned with a shipping fee. This will be the third credit that I don’t want from this company. I want to cancel this order or I want the gift card applied to it.

I bought some items from fashion nova using quadpay, but had to return items as soon as I got them. This company refuses to give me back my refund. Return received order number: #[protected] I contacted them about a cancelation but they still refused saying I should wait till I received the item then send it back to them. I have no interest in buying anything from the store but my refund. The total amount of my order was $251.53
