After picking up a few things on my way to work I went to the self check out at Safeway. I had a couple of bagels and a couple of other things. There was a Safeway employee there managing the check-outs. I asked her if she would tell me the code for bagels. She told she has it, but she cant give it to me becuase I needed to learn how to use the self-service check out. I told her I know how to use it, I just wanted to save somes time. She smiled and walked away.
Its funny the reason I usually use the self-service check out is because that way I wont have to deal with bad customer service.
This bad customer service topped it all.
