I purchased a sofa from Ashley furniture in September 2021. We moved it from one area to another and it caught on a nail that we did not know was sticking out of a door frame. It ripped and then not realizing it my four year old grandson started playing in the hole until it now looks like a frayed hole. The warranty company now says it does not cover pilling or fraying. It is not fraying or pilling it ripped. Very upset.
Desired outcome: Cover it under the extended warranty
