On November 19th 2023 around 8am my wife arrived by ambulance having tachycardia, elevated bp and anxiety. Dr Dang came in quickly and I described the issue and that my wife doesn't always respond well to drugs she has been given before. He asked me what I wanted, I said help for my wife, he said, no what medication do you want, I said your the doctor can you recommend something? At this point he stormed off and refused to talk to us. We were not aggressive or rude or foul mouthed or anything other than scared and needing help and we were treated like junkies or something? Neither my wife not I drink or use drugs, we are two women who are disabled in our 40's and 50's. I've never been treated so rudely. I can't believe we were treated this way. Oh, and Estrella banner is the dirtiest, loudest, and rudest hospital we have ever encountered. Never again.
