Arizona Medical Board - Patient care, oath to help people

I just saw a Mr Robert Cercek at the CORE institute West Phoenix. My knee wasn't even close to needing a knee replacement, yet he said I was a candidate for a knee replacement. The pain in my knee was sudden, it didn't slowly get bad, and overnight my knee swelled and has been that way for 3 years, because I can't find doctors who know what they are doing. These doctors always seem to know what is the most expensive to make them the most they can, which isn't care. I had this problem before 35 years ago, swelling in the knee overnight and believe it's from a side effect of amoxicillin, not sure, but no one wants to even test for it to learn something. I've seen 6 other doctors only to be referred to someone else as did Robert who didn't know how to inject fluid as arthroscopic surgery would recreating what did cure me. He flat out refused even to try to cure me recreating this surgery but did offer me cortisone. I need a doctor that was like the program, "House" where he tried everything to help patients holding to a doctor's oath, even listening to them.

Being referred so many times hearing my symptoms and there are more I haven't explained here, does that mean they aren't willing to try to find solutions or don't know what they are really doing if they haven't heard of something before as Robert said?

I informed what worked 35 years ago yet he wasn't willing to help, he didn't know how to recreate an arthroscopic surgery as an orthopedic, or he just refused to, sticking to his total knee replacement for what could be a 2% projection of anterior/posterior bone seen in a 2D x-ray on one side of the knee. Maybe the knee has experienced degradation over these last 3 years, and it will start to become arthritic as Robert kept suggesting without options for all my symptoms, but it will be due to no one offering any resolve, going from this doc to that doc, etc. His diagnosis of arthritis didn't offer why my other knee swelled and nothing was projected or supposedly make the x-ray look like a corner of my knee being bone to bone in 2% of the joint. Such a small amount isn't "ripe for a total knee replacement" as he stated. His diagnosis didn't offer reasoning why all my joints began to hurt after I put a brace on this "side-affected" knee compressing it. I really don't know what caused my swelling both times but after the second time of taking all the prescribed amoxicillin my knee did swell up suddenly, twice and 35 years apart, without cause.

Just because he never heard of Amoxicillin side effects, there is documentation on swelling of joints as a side effect; he didn't believe me, I guess, even though I experienced the same "injury" 35 years ago and was cured, albeit inadvertently.

Desired outcome has limits so it's here:

To actually help me when he sits down to hear my entire story without prejudice. Recreate a surgery as an arthroscopic surgery, the cure I experience instead of offering treatment for symptoms, only without the 3 instrument incisions as exploratory surgery. It's also like pulling teeth to get x-rays I own for my records.

Desired outcome: To actually help me without prejudice

Arizona Medical Board - Lack of medical service in Yuma Az.

I have come to the conclusion that the city of Yuma Az and, most likely all of Yuma County lack the ability to provide medical care approaching that of most third world countries. It is unbelievable that you cannot even contact a so called medical provider because their landline service is not functioning and they have no other method of making contact. It is a very disappointing and shocking experience. Having come from an area of the United States that 15 years ago had half the population of the city of Yuma and had a cell phone backup system in case there was a landline failure, I find it incomprehensible that a city the size of Yuma apparently has no such system. So, in an extremely important medical situation, being unable to drive, having no extortion contract with Rural Metro, one is left to suffer with pain, nausea, and severe anxiety due to a medication prescribed by a local PrimeCare facility. I had to cancel an MRI appointment because I had no Idea If I would be able to actually go to the appointment. So now, my suffering, including complete lack of sleep, continues.

Arizona Medical Board - Bad post operative care

I had Microvascular decompression surgery in January, for left side facial spasms. The results were worse then before surgery. Dr. Coon, was present in his office but sent his P.A. instead to answer my questions after surgery one month later. The second visit he was not there at all. I felt as if I had been released to fend for myself. He called me a few weeks later to apologize for not being there on my last visit, he said any further questions could be e-mailed to the receptionist. I have struggled every day and especially at night when trying to fall asleep. I just don't know where to go for help. I cannot continue to live this way for the rest of my life. Please help!

Arizona Medical Board - full right leg knee replacement

After my knee replacement in Aug 2019 my knee was not getting range of motion. Seen by orthopedic surgeon he stated my knee replace in not aligned correctly. Went back to the Dr. that preformed the surgery, he agreed to wave his fee's for a revision. To make a long story short his now states there is nothing wrong with my replacement, even when I obtain a second option.
This is all due to him not wanting his insurance company to have to pay all fees for the revision.
