Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

When I got my oil change done at Valvoline, they overfilled my oil by a quart. Additionally, the cap was not properly put back on, causing oil to leak all over my car causing my car to malfunction and all the dash lights turn on.

I am very upset at the customer service I received from the store manager, blaming me for not reading the fuel line properly when they showed me the fuel stick. How would I know the car was overfilled?

I simply requested that I be reimbursed for the oil change and repairs to my vehicle for $160.00.

There was clearly negligence on Valvoline for overfilling my car with oil and failing to properly put the cap back on.
