I have been with my wife at the Americas Best Value Inn in Flagstaff on May 29, 2019. Two days later, on Friday, I realized I had forgotten my binoculars in the room. I phoned the hotel and the manager, very kind, confirmed to me that she had found it and was available to send it to me in Pasadena, where I would leave for Italy on June, Monday 3rd. But it was not possible to ship as no courier guaranteed the delivery before my departure. Back in Italy I wrote twice to the hotel asking if they could send it to Italy. For the expenses I enclosed a copy of my VISA card. I have not received a reply: is the e-mail account abviflagstaff@gmail.com correct? How can I get an answer?
