Every time I go to the Dollar tree in Heber Springs the managers outside with a couple of girls smoking and their cigarette butts everywhere outside especially the stairs to go up there has to be a whole bunch well if they got that much time they need to sweep out in the parking lot and every time I go in there there's boxes everywhere and the floors are nasty looking and it needs some control
