My case worker told confidential information about my visitation schedule amount of time I receive with my son in order to intimidate and embarrass me in front of my child's Dr. Wendy Yousef, at my child's DR appointment said to her and the nurse that they have custody and that I get an hour a week visitation at the DHR building. That information is confidential and I would have let it go just saying that dhr has custody right now, but when she disclosed my information about amount of time I get with my son and where I get it at, she went too far. Also, as I said in my last complaint after a complaint is made DHR punishes And comes down harder on me by not increasing visitation time or giving proper holiday or birthday visitations. Right before my last complaint was made they were talking of increasing my time with my son from 1hr/week which has been going on now for 6months. In the ISP, the supervisor Connie Blaine brought up the complaint that I made about misappropriation of funding to you guys and was very angry and short with me. Then they informed me that there would be no increase of visitation and that I would get only an extra 30 mins for my visit the week of my sons birthday to spend with him not on his birthday, but three days later and have refused to allow me to even have a phone call on his birthday to even be able to speak with him. I also, brought studies and research showing how it's impossible to have a regular phone conversation with a 2 year old and asked for FaceTime like we had in the beginning and they denied that as well. It's now 8 months with 1hr/1week visits with no increase. I did not have a visitation at all for the first 30 days he was gone, and I have completed a level 3 outpatient drug program that they say holds no value or merit in their eyes.
