Americas Best Value Inn

I arrived Tuesday around 5am from Texas just in time to work. As I go to open the door, the first thing I see is a frog laying on its back inside the room as I almost stepped on it. Due to this, I will not be able to spend the night comfortably as I now believe something else can get inside the room.

Due to running late for work, I thought I make this complaint awareness to the property manager after work. I was charged a weekly rate of 400 + 40 (tax) = $440

After work I was ready to take a shower and the shower curtain is broken and brown stains all over the bath tub. Toilet paper holder was disgusting and had gum and hair stuck to it.

( I have pictures of everything besides the frog since I was in a hurry to work )

If you guys can help me out with this matter with a full/partial refund I would highly appreciate it. I would like to continue to be a customer just not in this particular town or until they resolve this issue.
