On 8/25/15, at 7:46pm I telephoned the boost mobile store located at 3005 springhill ave. , ste. F in mobile, al, phone # 251.378.5913 - there was no answer or answering machine.
I frequent this location with a friend of mine and have never had a bad experience. I was almost to the location, so I decided to drive by. The stores hours were listed 7am-8pm, I arrived at 7:52pm the open sign was turned off and the door was locked. However, per the hours of operation sign, they were still open for 8 more minutes (Closing at 8pm)

The employees (One female and one male) were very rude in telling me they were closed. The young male employee told me he had already counted the drawer down (Before closing) and they would not be able to assist me. Then a young female then came to the door, asked if there was a problem, I explained to her my concerns.
She rudely stated that it was obvious they were closed because the open sign was off. I asked her what her name was and she told me it was none of my concern. I asked her how to file a complaint and she stated that I could google it - then laughing stated, "well, once you pay your phone bill".
There were (2) gentleman standing outside (I thought they were customers listening to my conversation with the female) , once the female made the rude comments to me, she invited the (2) gentleman inside - they were not in uniform, so they must've been friends of the employees. After she invited the gentleman inside, she turned off the store's lobby lights.
I was in my car by 7:57pm. I could have made a payment in the time it took for the rude staff to turn me away.
What was worse, my 4 year old son was with me and when we got in the car, he asked me, "mom, why was she saying ugly words to you?". All I could say to him is, "son, sometimes people say ugly things".
I want to file a report against the employees for their rude customer service and for closing the store before 8pm. It takes all of 3 minutes to pay a bill. I am very disappointed.
I'd also like to change my provider from boost if this is the type of customer service I will continue to receive. I would like an upgraded phone at a discounted rate. Right now I have the lg tribute and it has no memory and I despise it.
I had to pay my cell on the phone and instead of the usual $49.95, I was charged $51.25. I am a single mother who lives pay check to pay check and $1.30 may not be much to you, but that's a lot to me.
Please contact me asap. I do have photos of the store hours and the store location on my cell that i'd be happy to submit.
