U.S Engine review: Engine rebuild

I brought my Subaru EJ 25 motor in for a complete teardown and rebuild. I was told by Mike (one of the owners at the time) that it would take 10-15 business days. At day 20, I was told that they were still cleaning the case of the engine. Day 25 I contacted the shop by phone and got more run around. At day 30 after sending an email with a clear expectation that I either received the engine complete or in pieces (for the core) that I would sue. I got an abusive name calling email in return. I took US Engine to court and won a judgement, but all they did was to dissolve the company, move a period in the name and then incorporate the next day. I was unable to recover any lost money or my engine and had to pay $300 for another core at another shop.
