Unleashed Royalty review: Dog training

Very disappointed. Our one year old shih tzu returned home after being boarded for a two week training program at Unleashed Royalty. No basic commands were covered and there was no improvement in the primary purpose of the training - potty training outdoors. Our dog was returned in a filthy cage - which no question was an indication of neglect. The owner seemed to understand that the training fell far short of our expectations considering that we, as senior citizens, paid $2, 000 and her initial agreement to address the issues faded when she stopped responding to phone calls/emails. The owner is Jasmine Meneweather at 732 Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove IL [protected]). (The company recently moved to Downers Grove from Oak Lawn.) I requested a partial refund which she agreed to in more than one conversation, but then she became unresponsive.
