Heather Gillispie maybe under the name of Heather Kemmelmeier since her union with MarkusMarkus Kemmelmeier, Ph.D. (associate professor of University of Nevada at Reno made legal in spring of 2005 at Newport Beach, Ca. Before that time Heather was still legally married to her former husband when she had a son and twins with Markus(business crimminal partner and lover) . This lady have a much longer list of other crimminal activities and moral issues and should be made into a movie or novel!

This pair of crimminals along with illegals made thousands of handcrafted goods using the trademarks of Pottery Barn Kids, Olive Kids, and other brand name products illegially. Please stop the suppport of Heather's illegal activities by not buying any of her hand made goods using Trademark brand names. By buying it, you are helping to support law breakers!

On February 2007 Ebay.com issued warnings to all sellers that is selling counterfeit items/Trademark infrigment items. It looks like Heather is above the law and continues to do it cuz she is a criminal. Ebay made all this kind of crimminals to sign agreements that they will stop doing this on ebay.com, but for some reason Heather was able to continue to do her criminal activities on Ebay.com. She was also able to used another ebay account to sell along with her famous Trademark Infridgement id of 3buttons*n*2bows . These two accounts are known to Ebay for being sister company, but Ebay did nothing . Could the reason be that Ebay continue to allow her to conduct her illegal activities on Ebay.com do to her being able to paid them monthly high fees? Since November 2003 through sometime in 2008, Heather was a Gold member (this mean she is making between 10K and 25K0 to get this status on Ebay). This is tax free income! Most people are curious is how can one person claim to produce thousands of items each month burning the midnite oil? Logically majoirty of us with a sane mind knows this is impossible even without kids. I wonder anyone ever thought of notifying Department of Labor Services or whatever it is called in Nevada to check out her illegal business practice of hiring illegals to make her crafts. Why? She sells her infrigement products cheap. Who would work for her? She cannot paid minimum wages and no benefits. Those that can speak some english are better off working for fast food places, but as for illegal people from over the border it is better than not having a pay check.
