University Counselor - Fritz Bordes review: Rude and short patience

Fritz Bordes, University Counselor, is rude and has no patience. I am an alumnus of Grand Canyon University and have enrolled again, but Fritz was so rude and inconsiderate until I unenrolled. He became upset, because he wasn't explaining the process well. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, since a student is paying tuition to attend school and needs to understand the process. He hung up on me because I was asking questions. He is not professional. If you are considering getting him as an enrollment counselor, I would advise you to exercise caution because he believes he is untouchable, because he replied that he was unbothered by who I told, and that is good, since that is GrandCanyon's loss, not yours. He is an enrollment counselor who makes any college appear undesirable. GrandCanyon should be aware of who they have as an enrollment counselor.
