United Vacations, Apple Leisure Group, Apple Vacations review: Unissued credits/lack of support unresolved issues

Together, 3 couples booked all inclusive vacations to Mexico thru United Vacations. The vacations had to be cancelled due to the Covid shutdown. United Vacations offered to refund our money or give us 125% of the cost of vacation in travel credits that had no expiration date. We chose the 125% via travel credits. They applied the incorrect amount (far lower) to one of the reservations, the actual amount to one, and nothing to the other. They had not customer service and did not return requests to address the issue. Customer service has no way to be reached. Eventually they sent us a not that said our travel credit bonus (the extra 25%) would expire despite not ever correcting the issue. HOURS AND HOURS of attempts to engage them and finally they said they would fix it. The bonusses expired and now when trying to book, they show no credits on anything and we are starting over again. They provide the worst experience of any company I have EVER dealt with, in or out of the travel industry. STAY AWAY. Fair warning, they are affiliated with Apple Travel as well.

Desired outcome: I would like someone at this company to take ownership of the issue, apply the credits to our accounts and allow/assist us with booking our vacations.
