United States Moving Service review: I would like to get my money back

This happened on Feb.22,2022. I talked to this man about hiring the company to move my sister from Oregon to California. He said he needed $1000.00 to hold a space for me till I could talk to my sister to make sure she was going to move down here. He said he could hold it up to a year for me. So I finally got my sister to tell me is she was moving here or not. So she told me no it was 2 months after I had paid the monies. This guys says that they told me I could only get my money back after 48 hours. I told the guy if he had told me it was only 48 hours to get my money back I would never have given him the money cause I knew it would take my sister longer than that. We are both seniors and I couldn't really afford to loose that much money. All I had was a binding moving estimate. He never sent me any kind of contract.
