United Cars review: Taxi

I pre booked a taxi yesterday (15th January) for 14.30 to dame janet primary school, to pick up family, the taxi didn't arrive so I rang up and was told taxi is on way, if still hadn't arrive at 14.45 so I rang back up to be told the driver was having problem with his phone and couldn't do any pick ups til sorted and the taxi was cancelled, I asked if they could send another one out as needed to be at the school for 3 and they said they will, so I rang the school and explained to them what's greened and that will be late, still not turned up at 3.15 and was kept on being taxi is on way

At 3.50 a taxi turns up. An hour later when I was meant to be at the school at 3. Not happy.
